Customer service representative does not know how to help me get a doctor for my sick daughter 17 yrs of age. spunds ignorant of how to do it. EWants me to get gthde name of the doctor or spell it for

The customer service could not help me and she refused to give the phone to another representative , her supervisor or manager to help. No compassion for clients' welfare or consequence for misconduct on performance of her job.

Terrible representatives that Bully & intimidate Disabled

They SUCK! Superior takes away NECESSARY benefits of the elderly & disabled by bullying & intimidating, individuals! Trying to keep the disabled out of the nursing home &/or hospital is hard enough with limited hours! And then they cut already limited hours & expect an individual to stay healthy & out of nursing home &/or hospital???? The process of problem solving & listening to what an individual needs does NOT EXIST with Superior! And a 44 page Texas State audit shows BONUSES given to people who are able to work! The funds, The State Of Texas, allocates for the elderly & disabled taken away from them & given as bonuses to MCO’s??? I have A HUGE problem with this!!!

10 Months to see a Specialist

1. Insurance effective Jan. 1, 2017. Listed various specialists when I signed up. When I needed to see a specialist, they only had two in that field, and it took from Jan. 1st until October 2017 to see a Doctor. 2. Made monthly payment and they charged two months, instead of one. Paid $223.26 twice!!!! Wasn't until I got bank statement that I found out. Overall, misrepresented Doctors and Specialists. Buyer be aware of what they list. Lots of misrepresentation, not enough Doctors accepting new patients as well. Suggest before selecting this insurance, do your homework, look at reviews, call Doctor you have selected to see if they even participate, do they accept new patients, when is their earliest appointment.
